RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Cabins are based on size, and the amount of people in each cabin depend on the size.
  2. No aggressive animals in the cabins. Pets that are 30 lbs. and smaller are permitted with a pet fee.
  3. No smoking in any cabins. There are ashtrays on the porches for your convenience.
  4. There is a charge for a "no call no show" of the full amount. You must call and cancel within 3 days on normal season, and 14 days on bike week and speed weeks. 7 days around holidays. There is also a 1 day charge on your credit card that is non refundable, regardless of the cancellation.
  5. Trash must be taken to the dumpster if full.
  6. Ask manager for any supplies that you may run out on during your stay.
  7. Please no sitting on the rails on the porch, there are chairs and tables on the screened porch for you.
  8. Please notify the office if there are any problems with the cabin that may concern you.
  9. Check out is promptly at 11:00 a.m.
  10. You are responsible for any damages that you or your guests might do.

THERE IS A $30.00 INCREASE ON ALL CABINS DURING SPEEDWAY AND BIKE WEEK.
